The per head price is for food and the services of one chef, and does not include:
Waiter/waitresses at an hourly rate of £9.75 (2009 rate).
Equipment hire – which will be hired on your behalf from Place Settings Limited of Storrington, unless otherwise discussed.
There is a 25% deposit payable on the booking. This is non-refundable. The Country House Wedding Venues fee of a minimum of £230.00 will also be invoiced at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid ten days before the event. On payment of your deposit it is recognised that you have understood these terms and conditions and will comply with their contents.
If, for any reason, you have to cancel your booking with 'buns to banquets limited' there will be a cancellation charge. These charges have to be applied due to the demand for the services of ‘buns to banquets limited’.
If more than six month’s notice is given- deposit only.
If six month’s notice is given 30% of the quotation is payable.
If one month’s notice is given 50% of the quotation is payable.
If less than two weeks notice is given 100% of the quotation is payable.
We cannot guarantee the absence of trace elements of nuts or nut products in any of our food.
We will always endeavour to follow the time-scale agreed upon in the running of your event, but cannot guarantee this.
We are happy to include your personal keepsakes into the plans for your day i.e. bridal gifts, cake decorations etc.. but cannot be held responsible for their safekeeping.
We reserve the right to make any suitable menu/ingredient alteration should it be necessary, but will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes if they are required.
