In May this year I am planning on starting our new 'Mobile Bar' service.  We will be available to provide a paying bar at all our catered events, and at all other events too.

I am starting this new venture with a colleage Simon Olliver,  'Olly', who with his BTEC National Diploma in Hotel Catering and his understanding of cellar management is bringing a lot of necessary knowledge and experience.

If we are catering at your wedding there will be no set up fee, but we will ask you for a £200.00 refundable deposit, which will be used if the minimum spend is not reached.  At an event with 100 guests we would expect a minimum spend of £900.00 which is normally very easily reached.

We can provide our services at any location, and will have available a full range of the branded drinks you request.

We will be able to provide 'Real' ale from the breweries in Arundel, Lewes and Horsham and will happily discuss all that they have available.

We will provide the necessary license for the event.  Set up of the bar counter and the drinks will be served be by smart and professional bar staff.
