At the table Basket of freshly baked assorted Rolls with Butter & Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar
Starter Roasted Brie with Red Onion Marmalade served with warm crusty Bread
Main Course Boned & Rolled Leg of Lamb stuffed with Pinenuts, Lemon, Breadcrumbs, Mint & Apricots ( one joint will be taken to each table to the allocated carver who will have been provided with a chef’s hat and apron)
Field Mushroom, filled with Pinenuts, Lemon Breadcrumbs ,Mint & Apricots and served with roasted Red Pepper Sauce
Dishes on tables Dauphinoise potatoes, Roasted root Vegetables, Brocolli, Red Wine Gravy
Desserts Chocolate Wedding Cake (provided by the client) Seasonal Berries & Cointreau Cream
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later Sausage sandwiches made with O’Hagan’s Sausages made with freshly sliced Buttered Bread Heinz Tomato Ketchup & H.P Sauce (These would be wrapped in napkins and served from a basket being handed round by my staff
