Dishes of Vegetable Crisps, Olives & Cashew Nuts will be on any furniture, from which guests can help themselves. I will also supply home-made Lemonade
On the Courtyard - a buffet Serrano Ham, Parmesan Cheese, sunblushed Tomatoes, Marinated Olives, freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls, dipping Oil & Vinegar, selection of Bruschettas with various toppings included grilled Peppers & Artichokes & sun blushed Tomato Tapenade
Main Course - plated Baked Monkfish tails topped with black olives, capers, anchovies, tomatoes & breadcrumbs
Or Pollo Alla Diavola - chicken supremes roasted with sage, lemon, red chillis, shallots, garlic & parsley, served with roasted lemon
Poached Salmon for Jenny,s mother
On the table Hot New Potatoes with fresh Herb Butter
Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette dressing, decorated with fresh flowers
Dessert Individual Lemon Tarte served with fresh Raspberries, Raspberry Coulis & softly whipped Double Cream
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later A Selectino of Pizzas with various toppings (these would be served from wooden boards & walked round by my staff )
