Nina & David's Wedding at Fitzleroi Farm (15:00 - August 9th, 2008)
Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
Canapés: A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter
Main Course: Boned and rolled Leg of lamb stuffed with breadcrumbs, Green Olives , garlic & lemon (one leg of lamb will be taken to each table and placed in front of the carver who would have been provided with an apron chef’s hat & carving cutlery
Colcannon, Baby Seasonal Vegetables, Red Wine Gravy, Redcurrant jelly
Desserts: Wedding cake Seasonal Berries & Cointreau Cream
Coffee, Tea & Orange Segments
Later: Bacon Sausage & Chip Butties made in freshly cut, Buttered Bread and served from baskets by my staff
Tomato Ketchup, H.P Sauce, Guinness Mustard and possibly Ballymaloe Relish
