Starter Mediterranean vegetable tart with Mozzarella on a bed of salad leaves with balamic glaze
Course: Traditional Hog Roast cooked over coals with Apple sauce & White wine gravy served by our staff from wooden boards). Dauphinoise potatoes, Roasted baby seasonal vegetables & Braised red cabbage
Dessert Wedding cake served with pouring cream and Strawberries
Coffee, Biscotti & Malteasers
Later Bacon & chip Sandwiches, made in hand cut, fresh Buttered Bread With Heinz Tomato Ketchup & HP Sauce( these would be wrapped in napkins and placed in a large basket & handed round to your guests by my staff) Ring Doughnuts
