Wedding of Angela & Colin at Fitzleroi Barn (14:15 - July 5th, 2008)

Dishes of Prawn Crackers, Olives & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served

Canapés:  A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.

At the Table:   Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil

Starter- plated  Asparagus bundles, wrapped in Parma Ham, served with a baby leaf Salad & Roasted Vine Cherry Tomatoes

Main Course:   Salmon en Croute- Salmon fillet on a bed of Petit pois, Spring Onions & Cream all wrapped in Puff Pastry

Dishes on tables: Hot new potatoes with fresh herb Butter, Medley of Baby Seasonal Vegetables

Desserts: Five Fruit Summer Puddings with Cassis &Cointreau Cream, Ice Cream Cornets for the children

Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
