Kim & Paul at Upwaltham (15:30 - July 19th, 2008)
Kim & Paul are getting married at Upwaltham House Barns and there will be 100 guests.
Canapés: Selection of three canapes.
Main Course: Barbeque, served on wooden boards - Peppered rump stea, served in slices. Marinated, butterflied legs of lamb, served in slices. Award winning O'Hagan's sausages. Tuna steaks. Skewered prawns, Vegetable kebabs. Mushrooms villed with Tallegio cheese, breadcrumbs & Lemon (vegetarian option). Hot new potatoes with fresh herb butter. Roasted red pepper and sunblush tomato salad with thyme and soft goat's cheese. Mixed lef & herb salad with flowers and vinaigrette. Carrot, orange & caraway salad with 'burnt' garlic.
Dessert: Individual pavlovas made with fresh beries & Cointreau cream. Individual lemon tarts with raspberry coulis.
Coffee, tea & mints.
Later: Cheese board with a selection of Welsh and Sussex cheeses. served with fruits & oatcakes.
