Main course - plated
Traditional Hog Roast, free range Pig cooked over coals and served with a freshly made Apple Sauce.
Vegetable skewers with Haloumi and Croutons - vegetarian option.

Hot New Potatos with Fresh Herb Butter
Mixed Leaf and Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing, decorated with fresh flowers.
Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables with Couscous
Red, yellow and orange Cherry Tomato Salad with Mint and Lemon.
Dessert
Wedding cake (provided by the client) served with seasonal Berries and Cointreau Cream.
Coffe, Tea and Fresh Mint Tea.
Later
Bacon Sandwiches made in hand cut, freshly buttered Bread with Heinz Tomato Ketchup and HP Sauce.
