Clare & Gary's wedding at Bartholomew Barn (14:30 - September 19th, 2008)

Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served

Canapés:  A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.

At the Table:   Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil

Main Course:   Fillet of Salmon, wrapped in Prosciutto and served with fresh Salsa Verde or

Breast of Chicken wrapped in Prosciutto and served with a Roasted Vine Tomato & Garlic Sauce or

Skpanakopitta (parcel of Filo Pastry, Feta Cheese & Spinach) and served with a Roasted Vine Tomato & Garlic Sauce

Dishes on tables: Hot New potatoes with fresh Herb Butter, Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing & decorated with flowers *

Desserts: Trio ofDesserts-Crème Brulee, Chocolate Mousse, Strawberry injected with Cointreau & dipped in White Chocolate
