Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
Canapés: A selection of six will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
Main Course: Boned & Rolled Leg of Lamb stuffed with Rosemary, Garlic & breadcrumbs. Field Mushroom filled with Rosemary, Garlic & breadcrumbs and served with a Roasted Red Pepper Sauce-Vegetarian option
Dishes on tables: Butter Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Parmesan Parsnips, Medley of baby Seasonal Vegetables, Red Wine Gravy
Desserts: Chocolate Wedding Cake Seasonal Berries & Cream
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later Smoked Bacon Sandwiches made in freshly cut, Buttered Bread these would be wrapped in napkins and handed round by my staff from wicker basket-this ensures that the food will get to the guests whilst it is still nice & hot
