Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
Canapés: A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil
Starter Roasted Asparagus with Thyme, wrapped in Prosciutto & served with Warm Hollandaise
Main Course: Traditional Hog Roast cooked over coals with Apple sauce (served by our staff from wooden boards). Red pepper filled with olives, Feta Cheese & baby Tomatoes with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce-Vegetarian option
Dishes on tables: Hot New potatoes with fresh Herb Butter, Red Yellow Orange & Tiger Tomatoes with Mint & Lemon * Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing & decorated with flowers *
Desserts: Chocolate Wedding Cake Seasonal Berries & Cointreau Cream
