Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
Canapés: A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping oil
Main Course: Traditional Hog Roast cooked over coals with Apple sauce (served by our staff from wooden boards).
Dishes on tables: Hot new Potatoes with fresh Herb Butter Yellow, Red & Tiger Tomato Salad with Mint & Lemon * Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing & decorated with flowers *
Desserts: Chocolate Wedding Cake with seasonal fresh Fruit & Cointreau Cream Ice Cream for the children
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later: Smoked Bacon Sandwiches served in freshly sliced Buttered Bread
( these would be wrapped in napkins and served from a basket being handed round by my staff
