Christine & Christopher's wedding at Upwaltham Barn (14:30 - November 29th, 2008)
Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
Canapés: A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil
Starter: Feta Cheese & Red Onion Tarte, drizzled with Balsamic Syrup, all on a bed of Rocket
Main Course: Traditional Hog Roast cooked over coals with Apple sauce (served by our staff from wooden boards).
Parsnip & Mushroom Roast with roasted Red pepper Sauce-vegetarian option
Dishes on tables: Roast Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables, Spinach with Garlic
Desserts: Apple Crumble with Crème Anglais
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later: Bacon Sandwiches made with Smoked Bacon in freshly cut Buttered Bread, Chips in cones (These will be handed round by my staff from wicker baskets), Heinz Tomato Ketchup & H.P Sauce
