Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts will be distributed on any furniture and home-made Lemonade will be served
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil
Caprese Salad-Cherry Vine Tomatoes, Baby Mozzarella & Basil, drizzled with Basil Oil and sprinkled with Black Pepper
Main Course: Boned & rolled, Roasted leg of Lamb, filled with a stuffing of Apricots served with a Red Wine Jus.
Dishes on tables: Hot New Potatoes with fresh Herb butter, Medley of Seasonal Baby Vegetables, Mint Sauce
Desserts: Tarte au Citron Cream
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later: Prawn & Avocado, Ham salad, Tuna & Mayonnaise, Egg sandwiches, Chicken with Lemon Mayonnaise made in freshly cut, Buttered Bread these would be wrapped in napkins and handed around by my staff from a wicker basket.
