Canapés: A selection of three will be made nearer the date of the wedding.
At the Table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter
Main Course Barbeque: Waiting staff will serve the skewers from wooden boards to the tables, and guests will help themselves.
Skewers of Chicken, marinated in Lemon, Garlic & Bay Leaves, Skewers of Salmon, marinated in Chilli & Coriander. Skewers of Beef, marinated with Red Onion & Soy sauce, Vegetable skewers with Haloumi Cheese
Dishes on tables: Hot New Potatoes with fresh Herb Butter, Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing & decorated with flowers * Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables with Couscous
Trio of Desserts - plated: Banoffee Pie, Chocolate Profiterole filled with softly whipped Cream & Strawberry injected with Cointreau

Later: Sausage & Bacon sandwiches, made in freshly cut, Buttered Bread these would be wrapped in napkins and handed around by my staff from a wicker basket.
