Baby Meringues with Seasonal Berries & Cointreau Cream
Pollo Pibil – steamed Chicken Parcels
Fish Goujons with Marie Rose Dressing
Plantain Rosti with Lime & Chilli Mayonnaise
Main Course : Sea Bass fillets cooked with Fennel, Lemon, Parsley & White wine and served with a Watercress and Shallot sauce
Dishes on tables: Hot New Potatoes with fresh Herb Butter, Medley of baby Seasonal Vegetables
Mixed Leaf & herb salad with Vinaigrette Dressing, decorated with flowers
Desserts: Trio of Desserts (served on a rectangular plate)
Créme Brulee. Lemon Tarte, Strawberry, injected with Cointreau and dipped in Chocolate

Later: Chip Butties, Smoked Bacon Sandwiches made in freshly sliced Buttered bread. Heinz Tomato Ketchup & H.P Sauce
