Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts would be distributed on any furniture and I would supply home-made Lemonade (there is no charge for this it is my gift)
At the table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter & Dipping Oil
Starter: Roasted Tomato & Red Onion Soup with Basil & freshly made Croutons or Folds of Smoked Salmon on home-made Blinis with Creme Fraiche & Lumpfish Roe, decorated with Lemon & Dill
Main Course: Individual Beef Wellington, made with home-made Chicken Liver Paté & Wild Mushrooms, served with a rich Red Wine Gravy or Chicken filled with Mozzarella & Basil Pesto, wrapped in Prosciutto & served with a White Wine, Cream & Basil Sauce
Dishes on tables. Hot New Potatoes with fresh Herb Butter * Roasted Root Vegetables * Broccoli
Desserts: Wedding Cake (provided by the client) served with Warm Cherries & Cassis & softly whipped Cream
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later: Fish & Chips in paper cones (these will be wrapped in napkins and handed round, from baskets by our staff) Tomato Ketchup & Tartare Sauce
