Lorraine & Martyn's wedding at Bury Gate (15:30 - August 16th, 2008)
Dishes of Olives, Vegetable Crisps & Cashew Nuts would be distributed on any furniture and I would supply home-made Lemonade (there is no charge for this it is my gift)
Canapés: A selection of three nearer the date of the wedding.
At the table: Basket of freshly baked assorted Bread Rolls with Butter
Main Course: Traditional Hog Roast cooked over coals with Apple sauce (served by our staff from wooden boards).
Dishes on tables. Mixed Tomato and Mint Salad with Lemon Mixed Leaf & Herb Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing & decorated with flowers. Grilled Mediterranean Vegetables with Couscous
Desserts: (These will be alternated around the table) Individual Pavola with seasonal fresh Fruit & Cointreau Cream Chocolate Truffle Torte with Raspberry Coulis
Coffee, Tea & Chocolate Mints
Later: You will supply crisps and other nibbles and we will distribute these around the tables, re-using the bowls that were previously used for the main meal
Potato Wedges Sour Cream & Chive Dip
Wedding Cake & Sussex Cheddar Cheese provided by you
